GroveIT needs to have the cap redesigned

I bought a replacement cap - it fell off the 2nd round I walked, shipped fine, etc.. maybe just the design of the product - great idea, poor execution. 🤷‍♂️

We needed a replacement cap for my Grooveit. After sending an email, I was able to go to a link and order a new cap.

I didn’t screw the cap on all the way and it fell off during a round. I contacted your company to inquire how to order a replacement and Clint Sanderson got back to me within a couple of hours to explain how to order. They were out of stock at that moment but he told me they would have within a week and they did. I was able to order two and they were delivered within a couple of days. Very good customer support.
