Meet the Artist
Matthew is not your typical designer.
He's a former Marine Corps Scout Sniper and an active police SWAT sniper. Eleven years in the Marine Corps reserves. Graduate of Scout Sniper School in Quantico, then the Mountain Scout Sniper course in both its winter and summer packages. Over nine years in law enforcement, first with the Chicago Police Department, now in Saint Petersburg, where he serves on the SWAT team.
The art came during COVID. Matt had always been creative, and when the world shut down he turned drawing into a discipline, and the discipline into a business: Target Acquisition Co. Illustration is how he manages the weight of the job, and how he builds designs people are proud to carry.
He lives in Southern Florida with his wife and two sons, working every day to be the example they look up to.
